Originally from Central Asia, she is the mother of three beautiful daughters. She earned her Masters degree in law overseas. She enjoys traveling, art, history, reading, the Florida sunshine and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. As the owner of Inspectors Inc Saida takes pride in the community reputation of our company and the excellence and detail in our inspection reports
Matt Kish
Lead Inspector
Our most experienced and highly requested Inspector. When he's not inspecting houses, he's working as a firefighter/emt or spending time with his 3 girls. He's been inspecting homes for over 8 years now, and has lived in Sarasota since 2005!
Irina Luke
Office Manager
Raised and Born in Volgograd, Russia. She is the mother of two great sons, and a well educated business professional. She has two masters degrees, one in Law and one in Human Resources. She enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with her kids. Irina means a lot to our team, from assisting the Inspectors, to making sure everything is always running smoothly and properly, Irina takes pride in her work.
Donatello Verardi
Inspector
My name is Don (short for Donatello) Verardi and three years ago my wife, my children including our Golden Retriever, and I moved from Germany to Florida. In Germany, I worked in a construction company which belonged to my wife's family. My Father-in-law was a Master Glazer, and we all worked in residential housing construction. Meanwhile, in Florida, I learned the Home Inspection profession from my Mentor and Master Home Inspector Hugo Lintner. I stand for quality and accuracy and I love my profession.
Jake Ramer
Marketing Specialist
Born and Raised in Bradenton, Jake loves fishing in his spare time and has even participated in many local tournaments. Jake is a recent University of South Florida graduate with experience in Tourism and Digital Marketing industries. I am excited for the amazing opportunity to work at Inspectors Inc and am passionate about providing world class service to our clients.
Melissa Daus
Head Adminstrator
Originally from Brooklyn, Meliisa grew up in Long Island, New York. One of her main passions when she's not assisting our clients with amazing customer service is cooking. At a young age she developed a passion for cooking and even went to Culinary school. Mother to one beautiful daughter and an absolute rockstar in the office, she means a lot to our team.
Tommy Brooks
Inspector
Originally from Illinois and father to three kids. Tommy has worked in many different trades since high school and graduated with an associates degree in Humanities with honors. A licensed home inspector with many years experience, Tommy is proud to join our team going forward.
