Our most experienced and highly requested Inspector. When he's not inspecting houses, he's working as a firefighter/emt or spending time with his 3 girls. He's been inspecting homes for over 8 years now, and has lived in Sarasota since 2005!
Saida Rustemova
Owner
Originally from Central Asia, she is the mother of three beautiful daughters. She earned her Masters degree in law overseas. She enjoys traveling, art, history, reading, the Florida sunshine and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. As the owner of Inspectors Inc Saida takes pride in the community reputation of our company and the excellence and detail in our inspection reports
Irina Luke
Front Office
Raised and Born in Volgograd, Russia. She is the mother of two great sons, and a well educated business professional. She has two masters degrees, one in Law and one in Human Resources. She enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with her kids. Irina means a lot to our team, from assisting the Inspectors, to making sure everything is always running smoothly and properly, Irina takes pride in her work.
Tommy Brooks
Top Inpsector
Originally from Illinois and father to three kids. Tommy has worked in many different trades since high school and graduated with an associates degree in Humanities with honors. A licensed home inspector with many years experience, Tommy is proud to join our team going forward.
