Job Requirements:

Home Inspection or construction experience.
Communicate clearly, the ability to write well, and speak professionally.
Have knowledge of residential home components and how they work.
Ability to participate in company sponsored marketing events.
Understand team strategies and objectives.
Proficient computer skills.
People skills required to work with others such as realtors, insurance agents and customers.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must be able to climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and more.
