An infrared home inspection helps us to see what the naked eye cannot, especially in locations we might otherwise be able to reach. We use the most advanced thermal imaging technology in the business which detects differences in heat signatures. For example, we can see where cold air is escaping from a warm area or water is pooling up from a leak. If there is moisture, condensation, plumbing leaks, or air leaks, our technology will identify these temperature differences even if they are hidden inside walls. We can even tell if there is weak insulation and no insulation. A thorough visual inspection is also part of the infrared inspection.
