It is also why we utilize infrared scanning technology to help identify areas that may be suspect for mold growth. We start with a Thermal Scan of the interior and exterior of your property. We use the most advanced thermal imaging technology in the business which detects any differences in heat signatures. If there is moisture, condensation, plumbing leaks, or air leaks, our technology will identify these temperature differences even if they are hidden within walls. A thorough visual inspection is also part of the mold assessment. If mold is present, or if there is the potential for mold, our mold assessment will identify it. In Florida, only a Licensed Mold Assessor can inspect for mold, advise about mold or complete a mold inspection. We provide a Mold Risk Assessment first and if evidence warrants further inspection, we will recommend a full Mold Inspection which includes taking samples and testing them at a laboratory. Pursuant to identifying a problematic mold, we are then capable of writing your Mold remediation Protocol, supervising the Mold remediation process, and performing Clearance Testing.
