Having hired many but many inspectors in the last years, I can say this has been my best experience so far. Starting obviously with their awesome customer service and how they were able to accommodate my last minute request. One other thing I liked was the follow up call from the inspector after he finished the inspection (I was not able to attend to the inspection). He gave me DETAILED information about the inspection results. I didn’t even have to ask him anything cause he literally went all in. I told him how I appreciated that. Last but not least, the payment convenience. I found the system to be very efficient about how you need to submit payment in order to see the report. I just had to literally forward the e mail to my customer and it was done. The report structure was also very user-friendly and me and my client thought that it was very complete. I will be hiring them again for sure.

Our realtor recommended Inspectors Inc. to us when we needed a home inspection for a house we were in the process of buying. We had worked with 2 other home inspection companies in the area at prior purchases. Anthony – who is also a certified mold inspector – and Kermit were very straight forward and very easy to work with. They thoroughly inspected the whole house and gave us their verbal report once they finished up their inspection. Inspectors Inc. are – as far as we know – the only home inspectors in Sarasota to use an infrared camera to detect “hidden” water problems. This was very fortunate for us, because the camera showed a huge problem with water in one of the walls of the house that otherwise would have gone undetected. Anthony took a sample of the substance he found at the baseboard, which turned out to be mold! The written report we received a day after the inspection was very thorough and also included screenshots of what the infrared camera detected.

I hired this firm to do a home inspection, mold assessment, and write a protocol for mold remediation.
